Considering some Social Basics

Foundation concepts for conscious tribe building

๐ŸŒ
Life is interaction with people, places, and things in two ecologies.
โฐ
Life only happens now in the present moment; consider a 15-minute unit.
๐ŸŽฏ
I am responsible for my highest and best.
๐Ÿ‘ค
4 Personas: GIVER, INVESTOR, RECEIVER, or TAKER
โš–๏ธ
I choose, allow and tolerate, or accept what is important and a priority.

2

3

4

Your most causal interactions/life
Slide 8

Your Tribe

"Your tribe is not something, it is everything. It will be your greatest asset or most depleting liability, and you get to choose which."
The key is to choose consciously, not allow or tolerate, and accept what we cannot change.
Slide 9

Tribal Consciousness

The foundation of intentional tribe building

As defined by this framework
The awareness of the people, places, and things in your tribe. The practice of presence in a 15-minute unit of time. The mastery of conscious choice as opposed to allowing and tolerating. A commitment to the highest and best.

You and Your Tribe Thriving Together

The five circles are gateways, filters, and a progression inward. A conscious lens to choose the right people, places, and things so we can give and invest in them wisely, ultimately generating reciprocity around us.

The Biggest Lesson I am Learning

A personal reflection on conscious tribe building

It is quite possible the single biggest impact to my well-being is learning how to choose the right people and un-choose the wrong ones. To stop the madness of giving and investing to convert the wrong people into the right ones. It has given me more peace, more freedom, more space, and less drama.
Slide 14

Tribal consciousness and the impact on your well-being

How tribal consciousness transforms your life experience

Tribal consciousness the way I have experienced it:
๐ŸŽฏ
A holistic and conscious approach to all areas of well-being.
๐Ÿชž
It begins with self-honesty, self-honor, and the honoring of others.
โฐ
We start to construct one present moment at a time, and we preempt damage and regret. Live with less friction and less dis-ease.
โš–๏ธ
We begin to consciously choose rather than allow and tolerate, and we learn to accept graciously what we cannot control.
Slide 15

Conscious Practices

Daily practices for intentional tribe building

โฐ
Gently bring yourself back to full presence in a 15-minute unit
๐ŸŽญ
Reduce the need to be special, right, or liked.
๐Ÿชž
Get straight with who and how you are, re-wiring where needed
๐Ÿ’ซ
To be authentically and unapologetically yourself in full expression.
๐Ÿ‘‚
To be an active and interested listener
๐Ÿค
To embody the Giver, Investor, and Receiver and abandon the Taker.
Slide 16

Action Steps

Practical steps to implement tribal consciousness

1
Map your tribe, especially your 1st and 2nd circles.
2
Assess assets and liabilities of time, money, and energy and consider possible boundaries where needed.
3
Begin choosing the right people and stop trying to convert the wrong ones. Much of life is wasted here.
4
Purge your phone contacts with a five-a-day text process. Who's in and who's out.
5
Start meeting face-to-face with your top five regularly for uninterrupted check-ins
6
Host a fireside chat at least once per month and have tribal conversation and inquiries.
7
Frequent the same coffee shops, etc. and meet the regulars organically to form local community.
8
Have the courage to un-choose anyone and anything unwilling to positively support your mental well-being.
